That's what the consultation is for. We look at your hair type, density, routine, and goals, then guide you to the best method. You don't need to walk in knowing.
What does the consultation process look like?

Can I get extensions if my hair is fine or thin?
Yes. Fine hair requires a specific method (often K-Tips) and precise placement. Done well, it feels lightweight and completely natural.
How do I take care of my extensions at home?
We walk you through everything at your appointment. Short version: brush gently from ends up, sleep in a loose braid, use sulfate-free products, and avoid excess heat at the roots.
Can I combine extensions and color in the same appointment?
Yes, and a lot of our clients do. We'll map out the right sequence so the result is seamless.
What's your cancellation policy?
Color: 24 hours notice. Extensions: 48 hours notice. Outstanding fees must be resolved before your next visit.
