Studio Policies
Good to know before you book.
A few things that help keep appointments running smoothly for everyone.
Extension Deposits
$500 non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment and custom hair order. Applied toward your service total.
Color Cancellations
24 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Extension Cancellations
48 hours notice required. Late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of the extension deposit.
Missed Appointments
No-shows may be charged up to the full service amount. Outstanding balances must be resolved before your next visit.
Card on File
A valid card may be required to hold appointments and may be charged per the cancellation or no-show policy.
Kid-Free Appointments
Please arrange childcare before your appointment so your stylist can give your service full attention.
Service Adjustments
Services are non-refundable. If something doesn't feel right, contact us within 10 days to discuss a complimentary adjustment.
Extension Adjustments
If your extensions feel uncomfortable or off, contact us within 3 days and we'll work through it with you.
