Extension Deposits
$500 non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment and custom hair order. Applied toward your service total.
Cancellation Policy
Color: 24 hours notice. Extensions: 48 hours notice. Custom hair is ordered in advance and appointment blocks are longer.
Late Arrivals
More than 15 minutes late may result in a fee or rescheduled appointment. Text us if you're running behind.
